I am an American lawyer by training who
has lived and worked in England for over
25 years. I got my first degree in Russian,
and worked as a translator before I went
to law school in California. After completing
law school I moved to England where I was
a commercial litigator in a City law firm
for eight years. During this time I had
two children, and it was not long before
I decided that, for me, motherhood and international
litigation was not a comfortable fit. So
I stayed in the law, but as an advisor to
Magic Circle firms, major barristers’
chambers and individuals on business development
and marketing, as well as career development.
I later qualified as an executive coach
and mentor. My clients include people at
senior management and executive level in
the professional services, academia, the
media, and the healthcare industry.
I am familiar with the opportunities, constraints
and pressures for executives and employees
in both the private and public sector, and
with the management environment in which
they operate. I am passionate about helping
people to achieve their full potential.
I want to do a good job and deliver a product
that will be of value to the client.

Meet me
I have included endorsements from satisfied
clients on my website, but working with
a consultant or coach is a very personal
thing, and you are never really going to
know if I can help you, or if we can work
together, until you meet me. That is why
I am happy to have an initial meeting, free
of charge, to work out what it is you need.
And sometimes I find prospective clients
don’t need someone like me at all,
and I say so!
As regards coaching, it still remains a
scary prospect to a number of people. I
can put you in touch with those I have coached
so that they can share their experience
of coaching with you.

you would like to have a chat, please email
